My favourite is bacon and halloumi sandwich.
You get it all over Cyprus but we have it a lot back in the UK too. Particularly on a weekend.
Has to be really fresh bread, dry fry the halloumi and add cucumber and tomato and smoked bacon.
Eat hot. Just delicious.
